My Story
Hello! I’m Marie, a passionate self-taught sewer since 2020. Sewing has became my way of expressing love and care, and I truly enjoy creating items that bring comfort and joy. Over the years I’ve crafted teddy bears for family and friends, along with a variety of handmade pieces like baby bibs, make up bags and cushions.
One of my most meaningful projects involves making heart cushions and drain bags , which I donate free of charge to hospitals and individuals facing health challenges. It’s my way of giving back and spreading a little kindness . I also love sewing clothes for children on Africa, hoping to make a positive difference in their lives.
Starting this small business is an exciting new chapter for me and I can’t wait to share my hand made creations with you . Remember If it’s Made by Marie it’s Made with Love. Our Mission
At Made by Marie,my mission is to create handcrafted keepsakes that bring comfort, preserve memories and celebrate life’s special moments. Whether it’s a memory bear , a personalised cushion , or a custom made gift , each item is made with care, compassion and creativity.
I‘m especially proud to support those affected by breast cancer by offering free heart shaped cushions and drain bags. These are designed to bring comfort when it’s needed most. It’s my way of giving back — one stitch at a time .
